Fiona is a friendly and experienced Senior Yoga Alliance Teacher - aiming for all her clients to increase their flexibility and fitness whilst enjoying the class.
She originally trained as an Ashtanga Yoga teacher and now delivers classes taking her inspiration from Vanda Scaravelli.
All of her yoga classes are relaxed and fun - taken at the client's own pace. She caters for all levels of fitness - from total beginners through to experienced yogis.
As a keen sportswoman Fiona has worked with many different Athletes. Most recently she has held bespoke yoga classes for rugby players, swimmers, cyclists and pistol shooters - targeting their 'problem' strength and flexibility areas to help enhance their sports performance and to assist in preventing injury.
Classes are small and can be taught in groups or individually. Everyone is welcome - just bring yourself and wear loose comfortable clothing.
For clients with specific injury or pain problems, all yoga programmes can be tailored to work in conjunction with KORE therapy treatment.
